A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for:
- Defective software
- Software not received due to an error on explorePDA's part
- Duplicate Purchases
- Billing Errors
We apologize that explorePDA.com cannot offer refunds for :
- Software that has a free trial version or demo offered on the site from which you purchased
- Software purchased for the wrong device or platform
- Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason
- Discount codes not entered by the customer during the purchase process
