Paying with a Gift Certificate You can use a gift certificate to pay for absolutely any software application sold at explorepda.com.

To redeem your gift certificate all you need is the claim code located in the upper left corner of it.

If you want to redeem your gift certificate through placing a new order, just add items to your Shopping Cart and place your order using the order form.

You will see a special field to enter your claim code in.

If you wish to apply your gift certificate to an order you've already placed, go to the relevant Order Summary.

Contact us by e-mail to inform us of your order number and the GC claim code.

Please keep in mind that you can apply more than one gift certificate to an order.

You have the option of using as many gift certificates as you want to pay for a single order: write claim codes of all the gift certificates that you wish to use in the Comments field of your order form.

Please note that promotional certificates may have restrictions, limiting their use to one per purchase or for a specific product only.

If you choose to pay with a gift certificate for merchandise purchased at our store, please keep in mind that we do not offer cash refunds and the total sum of you purchase should correspond to the value of your Gift Certificate.

If the total sum of your order exceeds the value of your gift certificate, you will be given the opportunity to make a credit card payment to settle the outstanding balance, or to change your order. Sorry, other payment options are not applicable to gift certificate orders.

If you are having trouble using your gift certificate to pay for an order, make sure that you are entering the claim code exactly as it appears on your gift certificate. If the code is correct, then it is likely that your order does not satisfy the restrictions stated in our Terms and Conditions.
