- Is there a fee to join explorePDA.com's Software Partner Program?
No. There is no initial cost to becoming a explorePDA.com Software Partner!
Once you register as a explorePDA.com Developer account, it should get approved and you need to submit your softwares for sale,
we retain a 25% -30% percentage of the revenue you earn from selling your products through us.

- What are the revenues shares for sales through explorePDA.com?
We retain 25%(Gold Partner) to 30%(Platinum Partner) of the revenues as commission for products sold through the main explorePDA.com Web site at www.explorepda.com.com. For products sold through our Value-Added channels and Business channels, we retain 30% to 50% of the revenues, and our commission can increase only if we perform. If we sell nothing, we earn nothing. You have nothing to lose except the increased revenue you could earn by having your products available through explorePDA.com's many distribution channels!

- What are Value-Added Channels?
Many of explorePDA.com's Value-Added Channels have been develop with key partners in the handheld industry. explorePDA.com will powers the hardware stores and software stores for handheld. By joining our Software Partner program, your applications receive added exposure on these targeted sites. You also have the potential to receive extended exposure through our direct sales team and other enterprise software resellers we have partnered with to sell software.

- What are Business Channels?
Business Channels are considered to be separate from the other Value-Added Channels. These terms apply to mobile operators, phone manufacturers, and other channels that enable customers to purchase your applications through wirelessly or directly, but do not apply to www.explorepda.com or to any other value added channels.Your royalty is 50% in these channels; And sales in the Business Channels don't count towards the tiers outlined in the Sofware Distribution Agreement for the other Value-Added Channels.

- How can I get my products on the different Value-Added Channels?
Many of explorePDA.com's partners include all applicable products on their sites. However, some Value-Added Channels require that applications on their sites be certified. To see what prerequisites must be met before your application can be included on channels, for more details please contact partners@explorepda.com.

- How do I upload my software applications to explorePDA.com?
Once you register to become a explorePDA.com Software Partner, you will receive your own explorePDA.com Developer account. In this account, select "Add a Product" to begin uploading your software applications. The process is simple and takes only a few minutes.

- Can I add a trial version of my software to explorepda.com?
You may add a trial version of your software along with registration key for full version application. If your product is commercial or freeware, you need not provide the registration key.You will find more details on how to do this in your explorepda.com developer account.

- Can I upload an adult content application?
No. explorePDA.com prides itself on offering only family-friendly content to our customers. Therefore, more mature applications are only made available to customers through channels that have chosen not to exclude this type of software. Adult contents are prohibited in the explorePDA.com and its distribution channels.

- What are explorePDA.com's rules regarding Copyrights?
explorePDA.com does not tolerate the sale of copywritten material on any of our channels. If we receive notification of a copyright violation, we will contact the developer, and require that they provide proof that they are the copyright holder of the software. If this can not be provided, we will remove the software from our sites.

- How do I view the software distribution agreement?
As you complete the sign-up process for a explorePDA.com Developer account, you will be presented with the software distribution agreement.
